This is the first time that we have been to Let’s Meat since they reopened. Everything was absolutely delicious! We are so glad that they are back. Ella was our server and was extremely attentive and helpful. Our food was always delivered extremely fast. She helped with tips on cooking. Our grill plate was always clean. We will be back for sure.
Highly recommend! Great flavors, good selection of meats and sides rivaled only by the outstanding service. Our waiter, Justin, was attentive and genuinely pleasant. He brought out a favorite of his for us to try and checked in frequently sometimes asking if we needed anything and other times quietly attending to the grill and tidying up our table.
The service here was amazing! Our server Carllou was incredibly attentive and friendly, making sure the grill was just right and checking in often without being intrusive. They explained the menu clearly, gave great recommendations, and even helped us cook some of the meats to perfection. It made the whole Korean BBQ experience even better. i’m so happy that let’s met has finally reopened!! i’ve been meaning to come back and was able to today. imo, the best kbbq in town. the banchan was so tasty and the quality of the pork belly and other meats were amazing ! the beef and radish soup was everything i was dreaming of... our server ella did an amazing job and was super attentive and nice! will definitely be back.
Love their variety of side dishes, meat options, and sauces. I have been waiting for a long time for them to reopen and they didn’t disappoint! Everyone had their own job and we got everything quickly. They just released their tempura squid and it is a must try. It’s a shame that they don’t offer butter with their shrimp no more. So glad they are able to validate your parking now so it’s free. Just remember to ask for voucher/coupon after your meal.

Ella was absolutely fantastic of a server. From the very beginning, she made she we had excellent service and recommendations! Honestly this experience was the best service I’ve had in Charlotte in the last 6 years. Food was amazing & priced well. They are open and the service is top notch
